The tool is available for purchase on a subscription basis, with different plans available at different price points. Your EssaySmart.ai subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current period.

3. Refunds

We do not provide refunds for any subscription fees, except as required by law.

4. Support and Maintenance

We shall provide support and maintenance for the tool in accordance with our then-current standard practices. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the support and maintenance services, with or without notice, at any time.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall EssaySmart.ai or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tool, even if EssaySmart.ai or an EssaySmart.ai authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Service at any time and without notice. Your continued use of the tool following any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
